Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for downloadable items that have not been accessed, and within 30 days for certification services not yet scheduled.
Our refund policy is directly linked to the certification workflow. Refunds are possible only for orders that have not yet entered the administrative processing stage (i.e., contract finalization by our team). Please see the chart below for details.
