Delivery Terms

Downloadable items are available immediately after payment. Certification services are scheduled within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.

• Invoices sent by email.
• Certificates delivered as PDF and later through Post Office (Nova Poshta).
• IMPORTANT NOTICE: Once you purchase a certificate from us, an auditor will contact you in up to 2 bussiness days to conduct an online audit of your company/premises, and issue, in the next 3 bussiness days, the certificate. Be advised, the certificate comes with a MANDATORY surveillance, surveillance that must be purchased seperately for each year the certificate is valid. Not purchasing the surveillance, you will be warned, by e-mail that your certificate is about to be canceled and if no purchase is realised within the next 5 working days from the moment of receiving the email, the certificate is cancelled without further notice.
