End User License Agreement (EULA) & Refund Policy

This End User License Agreement and Refund Policy ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (the "Licensee" or "Customer") and Consulting UA-RO LLC ("Company", "we", or "us"). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the CB Automation Software, templates, or certification services, you unconditionally agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Software License Grant & Restrictions

Upon successful payment, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the CB Automation Software and related digital materials for your internal business operations.

• No Redistribution: You may not sell, resell, lease, sublicense, distribute, or share the software, license keys, or digital templates with any third party without explicit written consent from the Company.
• No Modification: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
• Fair Use: The license is granted per the specified terms at checkout. Unauthorized multiple deployments under a single license key are strictly prohibited.

2. Strict Refund Policy (Digital Goods & Services)

Due to the nature of digital software and consulting services, our refund policy strictly adheres to European Union (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Ukrainian digital consumer protection laws.

• Digital Goods (Software & Templates): You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase ONLY IF the digital items have not been accessed or downloaded. By proceeding to download the software, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (refund). Our server logs, which record the exact IP address and timestamp of your download, will serve as definitive legal proof of access in the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
• Consulting & Certification Services: Refunds for services are available within 30 days of purchase, provided that the certification process, contract finalization, or audit scheduling has not yet commenced. Once an auditor is assigned or a contract is finalized by our administration team, the service fee becomes non-refundable.

To request an eligible refund, you must contact support@consulting-ua.eu with your Order ID and Company Registration details. Processing may take up to 14 business days.

3. Account Suspension & Anti-Fraud Measures

We actively monitor our infrastructure to ensure a secure environment. The Company reserves the right to instantly terminate your license, revoke your certificates, and permanently block your access to our systems without refund under the following conditions:

• Detection of unauthorized distribution, piracy, or sharing of your account credentials/files.
• Initiation of a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after successfully downloading the software or receiving the service.
• Abusive behavior or violation of international sanctions.

Note on Banning: For the security of our platform, violators will be permanently banned. This ban will apply across our network and will be enforced via IP Address, associated Email Address, and your Company Registration Code (EU VAT / EDRPOU).

4. Limitation of Liability

The software and templates are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Consulting UA-RO LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the software's fitness for a particular purpose beyond its stated functionality. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

By clicking "Add to Cart" and proceeding to payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA and Refund Policy.

Refund Policy Clarification

Our refund policy is directly linked to the certification workflow. Refunds are possible only for orders that have not yet entered the administrative processing stage (i.e., contract finalization by our team). Please see the chart below for details.
