Consultancy on-line 30 min

Consultancy on-line (Web) means you're having a one-on-one specialist dealing with your questions for up to 30 min. Any additional time will be invoiced separately, meaning you'll need to pay a little bit extra if you didn't got all the information needed in the first 30 minutes. For all customers, we've added a "free-of-charge" service of up to 5 mins. Basically we charge only for major issues, not minor ones.
